If you still don’t find our email, it’s possible that your email address was incorrectly entered during sign-up. In this case, return to your client space and verify your email address.

Don’t forget that it’s not necessary for your computer to be turned on for your faxes to come through. They’re available to view in your email inbox and client space any time you wish.
Yes, it’s possible but it depends on the type of number you’ve chosen.
If you opted for a global number, you can receive international faxes. Your correspondent must enter your number in international format for the UK (ex: 00 44 XX XX XX).
Yes. Just as with a classic email, you can forward your faxes by email to whomever you wish.
Yes. If your fax number is already known to many of your clients and partners, you’ll likely want to keep this number.
If you’d like to start receiving faxes to this number by email through MonFax.com, simply effect a portability request.
Please note that for each incoming fax, you’ll have to pay for the call transfer to your MonFax number.
Your line’s tone may change during transfer, but this is normal.
Please note as well that if you use a single phone line for calls as well as faxes, you won’t be able to receive calls while transfers to MonFax are taking place.
