Free number: duration of validity for outgoing fax credits?

If you have a free plan, the duration of validity for your credits depends on the number of credits purchased:
- 30 credits : 1 month
- 100​ credits : 6 months
- 250 credits : 1 year
- 500 credits : 1 year
- 1000 credits : 1 year
- 10 000 credits : 2 years

Outgoing fax credits included in your plan are renewed each month and are not carried over.
If you need to send a high volume of faxes, you may purchase additional packs of credits. These credits can be carried over indefinitely from month to month.

May I keep my current fax number?

Yes. You simply need to make a portability request for your number. Upon reception of the necessary documents, your number will be ported in under 10 days.Find out more on portability

Only successful faxes and faxes that have failed due to a rezmote problem will be charged.
